Lawyer from Universidad de Chile with a master's degree from Stanford University, specialized in corporate governance, business integrity and financial affairs. He has 25 years of experience in positions of high responsibility in leading entities of the private and public sector, in Chile and abroad. Between 2010 and 2018 he was Senior Manager at the Corporate Affairs and Corporate Finance Division of the OECD, in Paris. Previously, he was a senior advisor to Andrés Velasco at the Chilean Ministry of Finance, was a partner in a boutique law firm, worked seven years at the law firm Carey y Cía. and three years at the auditing firm EY. He is an affiliate professor at the Center for Corporate Governance of Pontificia Universidad Católica, board member of the International Ethics Standards Boards for Accountants (IESBA) and independent director at Embotelladora Embonor S.A.
