Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and MBA from IE Business School, she is a specialist in corporate governance and has more than 10 years of experience in public and private institutions, including the Lima Chamber of Commerce, Edpyme Solidaridad y Desarrollo Empresarial S.A.C., Estudio Osorio Figueredo & Asociados, AE Tributaristas & Corporativo S.A.C., Capital Markets, Investments and Finance Consultants—MCIF, and ADCAP Investment Banking. She has worked as a legal and governance advisor, as well as in the incorporation of investment funds and other regulated and non-regulated companies, for Peruvian and foreign organizations such as the Association of Corporate Secretaries of Latin America (ASCLA), KUNAN Peru (Peru project 2021), Emzingo, B-Corporation Madrid, Microwd Peru, Foodology Peru and Colombia, among others.
